Parks! America, Inc. (OTCQB:PRKA) held their Q4 2024 Earnings Conference Call on December 16, 2024, at 4:30 PM ET.
Let’s introduce the participants. We have Geoff Gannon, the President of the company, joining us today.
The call began with an introduction by the operator, Ralph Molina. “Good afternoon, everyone,” he greeted the listeners warmly. “Welcome to the Parks! America’s Fiscal Year End 2024 Earnings Call. I’m Ralph Molina, and I’ll be your operator for today’s call.” He mentioned that the call would be both webcast and recorded for future reference.
Ralph proceeded by offering a reminder about the nature of the discussion. “Before we dive in,” he said, “I’d like to remind everyone that today’s comments might include forward-looking statements as defined by federal securities laws. These involve risks and uncertainties that could cause actual outcomes to differ from what we predict. For detailed information regarding those risks, please take a look at the company’s SEC filings.”
Additionally, he noted, “We may mention non-GAAP financial measures and other financial metrics during the call. You can find more details about our forward-looking statements and how we reconcile non-GAAP measures to GAAP measures in our Form 10-K.”
He then updated participants with recent filings: “Last Friday, we submitted our quarterly earnings release and 10-K to the SEC. Inside the earnings release, there’s a summary of fiscal year 2024 segment financial results. We’re encouraging all our shareholders to review the full 10-K for a comprehensive understanding.”
Ralph then explained the structure of the Q&A segment. “In a few moments, I’ll hand things over to our President, Geoff Gannon, who will address any questions you have. Everyone on today’s call can ask a question. If you want to do so, let me briefly explain how: You can pose a question through the Zoom platform or send it via email. [Operator Instructions]”
Concluding his part, Ralph smoothly handed over the call. “That wraps up my instructions. I’ll now turn the call over to Geoff Gannon for his opening remarks.”
