The small-cap Russell 2000 didn’t fare as well, dipping 14.18 points or 0.60% to close at 2,346.89, marking a weekly fall of 2.58%.
In corporate news, Broadcom stole the spotlight, jumping 24.43% after impressive earnings and a positive update on future guidance. This rise, however, seemed to come at Nvidia’s expense, which saw its shares drop by 2.25%.
