Let’s dive right into this month’s financial update. Here’s a quick look at our Total Net-Worth for January 2025.
We had a net-worth increase of 58,000 SGD while seeing a drop of 0.94 kilograms in gold. The stock market is on a rebound, though unfortunately, our property value didn’t fare as well. Some of the positive factors this month included CPF interest and regular salary contributions.
As for our net worth viewed through the lens of gold, it’s taken a downturn. The surge in gold prices is the main culprit here.
Turning our attention to investments, we saw a -1.31% annualized return, including dividends. The recovery journey is ongoing, and we remain hopeful.
