Last week’s exploration took us to Jago Close and Chapel Road, where I was captivated by the charming heritage houses, though I couldn’t help but notice how densely packed the area was. This week, our journey continues to Peach Garden, another residential estate in the East, yet it feels worlds apart from our last visit. Peach Garden boasts spacious grounds and large homes, but its drawback is having fewer nearby amenities. However, it’s conveniently just a five-minute walk from Tanjong Katong MRT on the Thomson-East Coast line, so getting around is still a breeze.
I’ve provided a map to help you get your bearings. You’ll notice Peach Garden sits just across from East Coast Park, though they are separated by the ECP highway. So, despite the proximity, you’ll need about 20 minutes on foot to reach the park.
